Bedding

Bedding is the material that Guinea pigs sleep and generally “rutt” around in.  For this bedding, you want to be sure to avoid cedar and pine shavings.  Aspen shavings seem to be an acceptable choice, according to Lianne McLeod, DVM.  The newer recycled paper beddings seem to be a good choice as well.

Leap N’ Ledge seems to be the great stuff for smaller animals.  The material is great for laying on, playing with and even chomping on.
